Terms of Service

Effective: January 1, 2026

These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between 123 Solution Co., Ltd. (“Company”) and users in connection with the use of the WOLF marketplace (“Service”).

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms set out the conditions and procedures for using the Service, and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Company and users.

Article 2 (Definitions)

“User” means members and non-members who use the Service under these Terms. “Organizer” means a business that registers and sells products/event passes with the Company’s approval.

Article 3 (Effect and Amendment)

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Company may amend the Terms within the scope permitted by law, with prior notice of the effective date and reason.

Article 4 (Provision of Service)

The Company provides services such as event information, brokered sales of tickets/products, payment, and settlement. The Company may change or suspend all or part of the Service for operational or technical reasons.

Article 5 (Registration and Account)

Users may register as members per the Company’s procedures, must keep their account information accurate, and may not transfer or lend it to third parties.

Article 6 (Payment and Refund)

Prices, payment methods, and cancellation/refund policies follow each product detail page and applicable laws (e.g., the Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce). For events, the Organizer’s refund policy may take precedence.

Article 7 (Organizer Obligations)

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of their listed product/event information and must comply with applicable laws and these Terms. The Company may suspend listing or sales upon violation.

Article 8 (Prohibited Conduct)

Users must not misappropriate others’ information, interfere with the Service, register false information, or violate laws or public order and morals.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

As an intermediary platform, the Company is not a party to transactions between Organizers and users and is not liable for service disruptions caused by force majeure.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are subject to the courts under the Civil Procedure Act.
